- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup shortening
- 2 eggs
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. vanilla
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 2 cups rice krispies
- 1 cup coconut
- 2 cups flour
- 1 t. soda
Scoop up a heaping tablespoon of dough and form in balls on greased sheet pan. Bake at 325* for 8 minutes or until light brown.
