Potato Casserole

  • 2 lb. Package of southern hash brown potatoes
  • carton of half and half
  • 1 1/3 stick of margarine melted
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. Patty's Prime Seasoning

Mix ingredients and pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 325* until light brown.
