Raw Apple Cake

  • 2 large apples peeled and sliced
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • speck of cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Place apples in the bottom of greased 9 x 9 pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over apples. Bake 20 minutes at 350*. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped topping.
